MD Thesis Projects Available for Medical Students at UKSH

We are currently looking for motivated medical students at UKSH who are interested in joining our clinical and translational research activities in nephrology.

The advertised MD thesis projects offer an opportunity to become involved in clinically relevant research questions, gain hands-on experience with scientific methods, and contribute to ongoing work at the interface of patient care, kidney disease, and biomedical research. The projects are suitable for students who would like to develop their scientific skills in a supportive academic environment and who are interested in pursuing a structured doctoral project alongside their medical studies.

Students will be integrated into an experienced research team and receive close supervision throughout the project. Depending on the specific topic, the work may include clinical data analysis, patient-related research, laboratory-based methods, or interdisciplinary collaboration with other research groups at UKSH.
